Discovery activities included Surveys, one-on-one interviewing and content evaluations sessions with end-users to inform user focus and organization; heuristic reviews, content auditing and inventories, comparative analysis of the current sites to prepare the migration to the new information architecture of the new sites which was created by various methods such as content card sorting, wireframes, prototype user testing and accessibility reviews.
